About SpotiDost

SpotiDost is a free web tool that processes public user-submitted links to show clean results for tracks, albums, playlists, artists, and artwork. We are not Spotify, we do not represent Spotify AB, and we do not request Spotify account permissions.

Permitted Use and Copyright Restrictions

SpotiDost is strictly designed to process metadata from public web URLs for individual, non-commercial, educational, and personal backup purposes. Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing this utility to scrape, distribute, or commercially exploit copyrighted material without explicit permission from the original rightsholders. The Platform assumes no liability for user-generated actions that violate third-party service agreements or local copyright legislation.

  • Do not use SpotiDost to infringe copyright.
  • Do not use automation, bots, scraping, data mining, or bulk abuse.
  • Do not bypass security controls, rate limits, or access protections.
  • Do not frame, mirror, clone, or resell the site without permission.

Copyright notices

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe a link, result, or related use involving SpotiDost affects your rights, contact spotidost@gmail.com with identification of the work, the affected URL, your contact information, and a good-faith statement. We will review reasonable notices and take appropriate action where required.

Third-Party Advertising and Cookies

We partner with Google AdSense and its advertising partners to serve programmatic advertisements when you visit our website. These third-party vendors may use tracking technologies, device identifiers, and cookies to collect anonymous behavioral data, such as your IP address, approximate geolocation data, and browsing history, to serve personalized ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can manage your advertising preferences or opt out of personalized tracking at any time through Google ad controls or by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out portal: NAI opt-out.

Accounts, Google sign in, and download access

SpotiDost downloads require a signed-in account. By signing in with Google, you agree that SpotiDost may use your Google account email, profile name, profile image, and account ID to create your SpotiDost account, track usage, and prevent abuse.

  • SpotiDost is now completely free for signed-in users.
  • Google sign-in is still required to protect downloads and prevent abusive automation.
  • Signed-in users do not need extra human verification during normal download use.
  • You must not share accounts, resell access, automate downloads, or try to bypass security protections.

Ko-fi donations and historical payments

Ko-fi donations help keep SpotiDost running, but they are not required for downloads. Payment code may remain for historical records, support, or future features, but it must not block single tracks or Library Package while the service is in free mode.

  • A donation does not sell music, Spotify access, audio ownership, or rights to third-party content.
  • If you made a historical payment with a different Ko-fi email, SpotiDost may retain receipt or claim data for support.
  • SpotiDost depends on third-party services, public link availability, network conditions, and platform changes. We cannot guarantee that every track, playlist, album, artist result, library package, or download attempt will always succeed.
  • Abuse, automation, scraping, account sharing, resale, or attempts to bypass protections may result in suspension or removal of access.

Security verification

SpotiDost uses Cloudflare Turnstile to verify form requests, reduce bots, and protect the service from automated abuse. Turnstile may process technical signals needed to distinguish human visitors from bots. Learn more in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Indemnity and liability

You agree to hold SpotiDost and its operators harmless from claims arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or violation of third-party rights. The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost data, lost profits, interruptions, or third-party conduct.

Trademarks

SpotiDost, the logo, and original site content belong to SpotiDost. Spotify names, marks, logos, music, artwork, and related materials belong to Spotify AB or their respective owners.
